Dh, Jo and I went to a concert Sunday night. It was one of those moments that you just know as it's happening that you will remember years from now. Jo, in her 4-H sweatshirt, soaked to the bone and dancing, Pentecostal-style, with her arms over her head and her eyes shut tight. Dh giving me those long glances across the bleachers that say, "You know I love you?" The music loud enough to feel in my chest. Man, it was good.
The opening band on Sunday was Leeland, and I can't tell you how much I enjoy their music. Leeland is one of those bands that seems to write songs just for me. But maybe they're writing songs for you, too. Here's a sampling to turn you on:
